iPad Pro 2018

iPad Pro 2018

Over the past few months, we have seen a number of reports telling that Apple is planning to introduce two new iPad models this year. The first one is 11 inch iPad Pro and the second being the 12.9 inch iPad Pro. And while it remains to be seen if Apple will unveil new iPad Pro models at its upcoming iPhone event, it's a safe bet that Apple will have refreshed iPads available for purchase before the 2018 holiday shopping season kicks in.

As you can see in these renders, iPad Pro will take a lot of design features from the iPhone X. Thin bezels at the corners of the display, no home button makes this iPad look so futuristic. Since there is no home button, there is no Touch ID. FaceID replaces Touch ID. Now you can unlock your iPad with just a look. iPad Pro will have a LCD IPS display with P3 color gamut and Pro Motion Technology. Pro Motion was introduced in the iPad Pro 2017 models. It enables 120Hz refresh rate which makes all the animations so smooth that when you go back to a non pro motion display, like the one of iPhone 8 and iPhone X, you will start to hate them. The animations in them looks so laggy.
You'll also note that the revamped iPad Pro doesn't quite feature an edgeless display and that the front-facing camera modules and the FaceID sensors blend seamlessly into bezels that are much smaller than on previous iPad models. Incidentally, there are conflicting reports asto whether or not FaceID on the iPad will work in the landscape mode.

Both iPad models will come with Apple A11X Bionic Fusion Chip and 4GB ram. It might come in 4 different colors, gold, silver, space gray and rose gold and both of them will support Apple Pencil.
